Lifetime guarantee
We put a lot of care into the production of our cues and offer a lifetime guarantee on parts of the cue that may, from time to time, become defective such as a loose ferrule or a failing joiner.
If it is determined that these issues have arisen due to poor storage or mistreatment of your cue then they will not be covered by our guarantee, however we can offer a cue maintenance service to bring your cue back to prime condition.
During our build process we will work with you to ensure the correct size and weight of your cue and provide samples of design timbers and veneers prior to completion. We will not offer a refund after the cue is completed for change of mind.
JBA cues will not offer a guarantee if any modifications or alterations have been made to the cue by a third party.
With a wide selection of exotic timbers and veneers, we can help you design a handcrafted cue that suits your style and your needs.
We are currently rebuilding our workshop, so are not crafting more handmade cues at this time. If you would like to keep in touch and be notified of when we re-open please still submit your cue design and we will reach out again once we are back up and running.
